Grind onion and almonds together to fine paste.
In a nonstick vessel take some oil. Add the onion and almond paste. Fry well till the raw smell disappears. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Add the tomato paste and fry well till oil separates. Add the spices, Paneer, kasuri methi and matar. Cook for a minute. Add water and cook to required consistency.
Garnish with fresh cream (optional).
