Ingredients to make Aam Srikhand or Aamrakhand
- 2 mangoes (aam), peeled and chopped
- 1 to 1.5 cup curd (yogurt or dahi) or curd made from half a litre of milk
- 1/2 tsp of crushed nutmeg
- 2-3 crushed green cardamoms (choti elaichi),
- Sugar - as required (usually double the curd)
- Small pieces of mango,raisins and nuts/pistachios/almonds for garnishing.
- (I have used a measuring cup, where in 1 cup = 250 ml)
