ABOUT Mushroom Folded Omlette RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 1 cup button mushroom (chopped)
  3. Salt & pepper
  4. 1 tsp garlic chopped
  5. few spring onon chopped
  6. Butter for cooking
  7. 2 tbsp milk or cream
  8. Some green chili chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add chopped garlic and green chilies.
  3. Add chopped spring onions and give it a stir.
  4. Add the chopped mushrooms and salt for seasoning.
  5. Cook till mushrooms are done. keep aside.
  6. Whisk eggs in a bowl
  7. Add milk , salt and pepper and whisk nicely.
  8. Heat some more butter in a pan.
  9. Add the whisked eggs.
  10. Add the mushroom mixture and cover it.
  11. Once the eggs are half done , fold the omelette. Cook on both sides.
  12. Transfer to a plate and serve.
