ABOUT Spring Prawns RECIPE

This dish is named as Spring Prawns as it is made with a lush green masala and the main ingredient is spring onion. This became one of my favorite masala as it is tasty, easy made with just two major ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Prawns- 250 g
  2. Spring onion - 200 g
  3. Green chilly -3
  4. Fenugreek- 1/4 tsp
  5. Water- 1/4 cup
  6. Oil-1 tsp
  7. Salt

Instructions

  1. Clean and devein the prawns.
  2. Blend spring onion and green chilly to a smooth paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek, allow it to splutter.
  4. Add the green masala and fry for 2 mints.
  5. Add water, prawns and salt and cook till the prawns are cooked well
