Mango popsicle

Ingredients to make Mango popsicle

  • Milkmaid-1 tin
  • Mangoes-3 [made into a pulp]
  • Whipped cream-1 cup
  • Cornflour-2 tsp
  • Ice cubes-10

How to make Mango popsicle

  1. Take a bowl ,add the ice cubes and whipped cream, whisk till it forms peaks.
  2. To this mixture, add the milkmaid and mango puree. Whisk well.
  3. Fill the popsicle moulds with the mango mixture made above​ and chill it for 8-9 hrs or preferably overnight.
  4. de-mould, once the mixture is set.

My Tip:

Adjust the amount of milkmaid as per the sweetness of the mangoes.
