Ingredients to make mango icecream

  • amul cream 100 gms
  • 2 mangoes [blended into puree]
  • little mango chunks [1/4 th cup]
  • Condensed mlk 100 gms

How to make mango icecream

  1. whip Amul cream till stiff peaks are formed
  2. add the condensed milk and just lightly fold the mixture so that the cream does not loose its air and fluff.
  3. add mango puree and fold it in.
  4. Finally add the mango chunks into the ice cream mixture.
  5. Pour this into an air tight container and freeze this mixture for couple of hours or preferably overnight.
  6. Scoop and serve the chilled ice cream.
