Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 Packet Marie Biscuits
  2. 1 Tin Pineapple tidbits and Rings
  3. 1 packet Amul cream or whipped cream
  4. 100 Gms Amul butter
  5. 1 cup powdered sugar
  6. 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Whisk the cream until soft peaks are achieved.
  2. Now grease a casserole with melted butter.
  3. Arrange the Marie biscuits dipped in the tinned pineapple syrup and layer it in the casserole. [dip the marie biscuits in the juice of the canned pineapple, this way the juice is not wasted. Dip them for just about 5-6 seconds and layer them into the casserole to form the bottom layer].
  4. Mix the pineapple tidbits in the cream and layer the mix on the Biscuit layer.
  5. Form another layer of the biscuits dipped in the pineapple syrup, on the cream layer in the casserole.
  6. Now repeat the cream and titbit layer. Repeat the layers and finally spread whipped cream and ,garnish it with Pineapple rings and cherries on top.
  7. Pipe a swirl of star border along the edges of the pudding.
  8. Enjoy this yummy Pineapple Biscuit Pudding.
