Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Eggs
  2. Black pepper powder_ 1 teaspoon
  3. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon
  5. Chilli powder to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Corn flour 4 tablespoon
  8. Gram flour 2 tablespoon
  9. Soya sauce 3 tablespoon
  10. Chilli sauce 1/2 cup
  11. Tomato sauce to taste
  12. oil for deep fry
  13. Ginger finely chopped
  14. Onion finely chopped
  15. Green chillies finely chopped
  16. Garlic finely chopped
  17. capsicum diced
  18. Tomatoes finely chopped
  19. Green coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and break the eggs in it. Beat the eggs properly. Add black pepper powder turmeric powder cumin powder chilli powder and salt to taste Again mix them
  2. Take a container and grease it with oil throughout. Put the mixture in it Cover it with aluminium foil and put it in a steamer. Steam it for 15-20 minutes until the egg completely solidifies
  3. Till the eggs gets steamed, prepare the batter for deep fry. Take a bowl and add the mentioned qty of corn flour, gram flour, soya sauce, spices, salt to taste and few drops of water to make a thick nice batter.
  4. Now take out the steamed egg from the container in a plate. Cut them into small pieces just like paneer cubes. Put them into the batter and coat them with the batter completely.
  5. Take a pan and put some oil for deep fry. Deep fry the coated egg cubes in the oil. Take them out after they get crispy red. Heat another pan and put 2 tablespoon of oil. Add the chopped garlic, ginger and onion till brown. Add diced capsicum tomatoes. Add the spices, chilly sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce. Saute them for few seconds. add salt to taste. Finally add the crispy red fried egg cubes. Mix them and add a pinch of chaat masala and green coriander leaves. The dish is ready to serve.
