Tandoori aaloo

Ingredients to make Tandoori aaloo

  • Baby potatoes, peeled and washed.
  • For marinating : 3 tbsp thick curd
  • 1tsp ginger paste
  • 1tsp garlic paste
  • 1tsp tandoori masala
  • 1tsp turmeric powder
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tbsp Oil
  • 1tsp Salt (or according to taste)
  • 1 tsp amchoor powder
  • 1tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder

How to make Tandoori aaloo

  1. Mix all the ingredients to make a smooth paste of the marinade.
  2. Add peeled baby potatoes to it and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220 degree centigrade for 10 mins.
  4. Prepare a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  5. Butter it and place d marinated potatoes on the foil.
  6. Grill it for 20 mins turning them after every 5-10 mins.
  7. Serve with green chutney or mayonnaise.
  8. Enjoy!
My Tip: Please check the temperature of your oven as it is different for different ovens.
