Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Paneer half kg
  2. Butter 3-4 teaspoon
  3. Ghee 2 tea spoon
  4. Onions 3
  5. Tomatoes 5
  6. Cashew nuts 7-8
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  8. Coriander powder 2 tea spoon
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
  10. Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
  11. Kitchen king masala 2 tea spoon
  12. Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Coriander leaves for garnish
  14. Fresh cream 4 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Cut the paneer in triangle shapes.
  2. Cut onions and tomatoes in slices
  3. Take 2 tea spoon ghee or oil in a pan
  4. Saute the onions in the ghee.
  5. Add tomatoes and cook further.
  6. Now add the cashew nuts and cook further.
  7. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down ,then make a smooth paste.
  8. Now heat the butter in a pan on medium flame.
  9. saute the ginger garlic paste in it.
  10. Add the onion-tomato paste into the above and saute further.
  11. Add all the dry spices.
  12. Saute and then add 1 cup of water.
  13. Add the pieces of paneer into this gravy.
  14. Bring upto boil.
  15. Turn off the flame .
  16. Add cream in it .
  17. Garnish with coriander leaves.
