Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Grated paneer 250 gms
  2. Boiled potatoes 250 gms
  3. Salt
  4. Boiled onion 4 big
  5. [Soaked almonds ,cashew nuts ,poppy seeds, melon seeds , everything used in equal ratio ]100gm
  6. coriander powder 1tsp
  7. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  9. Curd 1/2 cup
  10. Oil for 1 tbsp
  11. pepper powder 1 tsp
  12. garam masala 1/2 tsp
  13. chopped nuts [optional and depends on personal choice of nuts]

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients of kofta paneer, potatoes,salt ,pepper,garam masala. make balls & stuff chopped nuts(cashew & raisins)
  2. Reshape the balls and Cook them in appe pan, till golden brown on all the sides.
  3. For gravy boil onions, let them cool & grind them into​ fine paste..
  4. Soak almond, cashew, poppy seeds,& melon seeds for 1hr & grind it into fine paste
  5. Heat oil put onion paste, saute till oil starts leaving, add dry masalas like coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt,saute it till the masala is cooked.
  6. Add the curd and saute further.
  7. Add cashew paste, stir for few seconds and then add water for the required gravy, finally sprinkle garam masala powder , add the koftas and then check for the salt. Finally serve with rotis.
