Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer in cubes -250gm
  2. Capsicum in cubes -1
  3. Onion in cubes - 1 small
  4. Tomato in cubes - 1/2 cup
  5. Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. chopped onion 1
  7. Chopped green chillies 2
  8. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Tomato puree 1 cup
  11. Tomato Sauce 1tbsp
  12. Turmeric Powder 1tsp
  13. Coriander seeds- 1 tbsp
  14. Cumin seeds -1 tbs
  15. black pepper corns -1 tsp
  16. Fenugreek leaves- 1 tbs
  17. Dry kashmiri red chilli -3-4
  18. oil
  19. Garam masala -1 tsp
  20. Kitchen king masala -1tsp
  21. Cradamom (1green and 1 black)

Instructions

  1. (1) Roast Coriander seeds, black pepper, kashmiri red chilli, fenugreek leaves,cumin and make a coarse powder..This is called kadaai masala...This kadaai masala will enhance the taste
  2. (2) Now take hot oil in a kadaai and add black Cardamom and green canrdamom and Oinon with ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute for 5 minutes on medium flame
  3. (3) Now add the spices and stir and add tomato puree and tomato ketchup..
  4. (4) Now add the veggies and saute for 5 minutes on medium flame
  5. (5) Now add Paneer cubes and simmer for 2 minutes only
  6. (6) Now switch off the gas and add Coriander leaves.... Kadaai paneer is ready to be served.... Serve with Naan or chapaati...
