I have used the fruits, that I had in my hand. You can always try with your imagination. This recipe is for serving one portion. If you are making this for more people adjust ingredients accordingly. Using Coconut water also gives you the refreshing feeling.Try it , you will thank me later.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Orange juice – 1/4 cup
  2. Mango chunks – 2 tbsn
  3. Banana – 1 small
  4. Coconut water​ – 1/2 cup or as required
  5. Sugar – 1 tbsn
  6. Salt – a pinch

Instructions

  1. Squeeze juice from 3 small oranges and keep aside.
  2. Peel mango skin and cut into chunks.
  3. In a blender take 1/2 of orange juice,mango, banana, sugar and a pinch of salt. Pulse it for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour remaining orange juice and blend it for another 30 seconds.
  5. Pour it in a bowl. Add required coconut water. Best served chilled.
