Ingredients to make Petha - Gulkand Satori

  • For Stuffing:
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup grated Petha
  • 3-4 tbsp Gulkanda
  • For Cover :
  • 1 Cup All purpose flour (Maida)
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • A pinch of Salt
  • Water as required
  • Ghee for Roasting

How to make Petha - Gulkand Satori

  1. Grate Petha and add Gulkanda to it to make the stuffing. Lightly mix this mixture. Make lemon sized balls and keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl add the all purpose flour and hot ghee. Knead with water. Set it aside for 15 minutes. Make lemon sized balls with this mixture and keep aside.
  3. Place a flat pan on medium heat. Make puris out of the dough balls.
