Ingredients to make Water Chestnut and Olives mixed Salad

  • Sprouted moong 1 tablespoon
  • Sweetcorn kernels 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato one small chopped fine
  • Onion one small chopped fine
  • Cucumber one small peeled and cut
  • Chopped cabbage 1 tablespoon
  • Grated raw mango 2 teaspoon
  • Peanuts 1/4 cup
  • Grated coconut 2 teaspoon
  • Black Olives 5-6 cut
  • Water chestnuts 8-10
  • Mint and coriander leaves cut 1 tablespoon
  • sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chilly flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black salt and regular salt to taste
  • Garlic powder and mixed herbs 1 teaspoon

How to make Water Chestnut and Olives mixed Salad

  1. Boil sprouted moong and corn kernel in microwave for 90 seconds
  2. Add chopped tomato and crushed curry leaves
  3. Add chopped onion
  4. Add chopped cucumber
  5. Add chopped cabbage
  6. Add grated raw mango
  7. Add peanuts
  8. Add grated fresh coconut
  9. Peel water chestnuts
  10. Take white portion
  11. Cut them into pieces and add to salad
  12. Add coriander and mint leaves, sugar, chilly flakes, chat masala, herbs and garlic powder
  13. Add chopped olives
  14. Mix well and keep for 15-20 minutes before serving so as to marinate the spices well

Instead of raw mango, lemon juice can be a substitute
