ABOUT Paneer Potlis RECIPE

A high protein rich recipe with a delicious taste to the palate. The decoration is inspired by Bejaya Sinha ji.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup moongdal (soak moong dal for 2 hours and grind it a paste not too thick..) .
  2. Salt n pepper powder to taste
  3. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 2tbsp coriander leaves Chopped
  5. 1 tsp jeera [cumin seeds]
  6. 1 tsp Garam masala
  7. 1 small onion chopped
  8. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  9. 3 tbsp boiled corn
  10. Spring onion green [handful]

Instructions

  1. Mix moongdal paste , salt , chilli powder , turmeric powder
  2. Add chopped coriander leaves & make thin batter….make soft chilas…
  3. Heat oil...add jeera...add chopped onion...saute add ginger garlic paste
  4. Add cumin powder , chili powder , salt & boiled corn
  5. Cover & cook then add crumbled paneer ...cook for some time
  6. Add garam masala ....bhurji is ready….
  7. Stuff chilla with bhurji & make potlis and tie with a spring onion green..
  8. Serve with chutneys of your choice
