  • ½ cup suji [semolina]
  • 2 spoon malai [home made cream]
  • 2 spoon ghee
  • Sugar ¼ cup
  • Water [as required]

How to make Suji halwa with malai

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. When it is hot, add the malai.
  3. Let the malai melt and mix with the ghee.
