Using the clay tawa, get the original tandoor taste of the naans made on it.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gram refined flour
  2. 1/2 tsp baking poweder
  3. 1 tablespoon curd
  4. 1/2 table spoon homemade cream
  5. 2 tsp oli
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1cup water
  8. Chopped coriander leaves
  9. 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Take flour in a bowl now add salt ,baking powder and mix it well.
  2. Now add curd , homemade cream,1 tablespoon oil and coriander leaves and mix it well
  3. Now add little by little water add knead dough not to soft not to hard.
  4. Than grase with oil and put this dough in a tight container and rest it for six hour
  5. After six hour knead the dough again with oli .
  6. Now heat clay tava on gas
  7. Now make medium size ball from dough and roll it not to thin not to thick.
  8. On one side spread water and put this side on tava now turn the tawa on flame and bake the nan .
  9. When it bake take it in a plate and apply butter and some chopped coriander leaves
