Ingredients to make Mango Shreekhand in Vermicili cup

  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1tsp
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Hund curd 1/2 cup
  • Cashew & Almond 6 nos.
  • Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
  • Chopped mango & rose petals for garnishing

How to make Mango Shreekhand in Vermicili cup

  1. Firstly take mango and make it puree in a blender and keep aside
  2. Now take a Pan ,add 1 tsp ghee and roast the vermicelli on a low flame till golden brown.
  3. Now add 2 tbsp condensed milk in vermicelli and mix for a minute,it will be little sticky.
  4. After that take a bowl or any small cup cake mould and add this mixture in to that and press gently as per the shape of mould like a bowl and keep in the freeze at least for 20 minutes.
  5. In between take hung curd,add condensed milk,mango puree,cardamom powder,pinch of nutmeg powder,chopped nuts and give a gentle mix .It should be in pouring consistency
  6. After half an hour take out the vermicelli and pour this mango mixture in that...
  7. Finally garnish with chopped nuts or anything you want.

My Tip:

For more bright colour, use Alphonso Mango and little saffron can also be added for beautiful colour and texture
