Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For chicken marination :
  2. Boneless chicken 250g (cut into cubes)
  3. Egg 1
  4. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  7. Oil for frying
  8. For Sauce :
  9. Capcium 2 cut into squares
  10. Onion 2 cut into squares
  11. Carrot 2 cut into squares
  12. Garlic finely chopped 1 tsp
  13. Ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
  14. Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  15. Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
  16. Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  17. Sugar 1 tsp
  18. Corn flour mix in water 2 tbs
  19. Green chillies 2 cut into halves
  20. Salt to taste
  21. ajinamoto pinch [optional]
  22. Oil 2tbs
  23. For Korean rice :
  24. Rice 1 cup
  25. Onion powder 1/2 tsp
  26. Mix herb 1/2 tsp
  27. Salt
  28. Oil 1 tbs
  29. For omelette :
  30. Egg 1
  31. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  32. Oil 1 tsp
  33. Salt
  34. Milk 1 tsp
  35. Spring onion leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. For Thai chicken marination :
  2. Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 15minute. And fry till done.
  3. For sauce: Heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger, garlic and saute it.
  4. Add onion and saute until transparent. add capsicum, carrot green chillies.cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce,sugar, salt, ajinomotto and water and cook on high flame.
  6. Add chicken and cook for 2 minute.
  7. Now add cornflour mix water into gravy and cook for few seconds.
  8. Garnish with spring onion.
  9. For omelete: mix all ingredients and make omelette. Crumble it.
  10. For rice: In a large pot add water and salt. When it boils add oil and rice and cook until rice is 90 Percent done.
  11. In a pan heat oil add onion powder , mix herb in it. Cook for few seconds. Now add rice in it.
  12. Add crumbled egg over it and garnish with spring onion leaf.
  13. Assembling : in a platter put one side chicken sauce and other side Korean rice and some onion rings.
  14. Serve hot.
