Ingredients to make Mix veg daal daliya

  • 1 cup broken wheat ...dalia
  • 1/4 cup moong dhuli daal
  • 1 cup mix vegetables like peas ,carrots,cauliflower
  • Cumin seeds ..jeera 1/2teaspoon
  • Salt 1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder 1/4teaspoon
  • Oil 1 teaspoon
  • 2 Cups Water

How to make Mix veg daal daliya

  1. Wash and soak the daal
  2. Dry roast the dalia for 2-3 minutes
  3. In a pressur cooker add oil.
  4. Add jeera and all spices
  5. Add water
  6. Add soaked daal and roasted dalia
  7. Cover the lid and let it cook till 1 whistle is attained.
  8. Turn off the flame
  9. Open the lid after 5 minutes ..serve hot
