Ingredients to make Hara bhara chicken

  • 1. Boneless chicken- 500grms
  • 2. Curd- 150grms
  • 3. Green capsicum diced- 1 cup
  • 4. Chopped coriander- 1 cup
  • 5. Green chillies- 5-6 pieces
  • 6. Chopped onion- 1 cup
  • 7. Ginger-garlic paste- 2tspns
  • 8. Turmaric powder- 1tspn
  • 9. Cumin powder- 1tspn
  • 10. Coriander powder- 1tspn
  • 11. Kashmiri mirch- 1tspn
  • 13. Sugar- 1tbspn
  • 14. Salt- as per taste
  • 15. Water- as reqired
  • 16. Lemon juice- 1 tbspn
  • 17. Ghee- 1tbsp

How to make Hara bhara chicken

  1. Take a bowl and wash the chicken
  2. Marinate the chicken with curd and keep aside for 30 mins
  3. Meantime put the capsicum, coriander and green chilli in a blender
  4. Blend well till it become a smooth paste
  5. Now put the pan on the oven
  6. Add ghee in the pan and wait till it become warm
  7. Now put the onion in the ghee
  8. Fry the onion till it become translucent
  9. Now add the ginger-garlic paste in the pan and get till it's rawness goes out
  10. Take a small bowl and add all the dry powder in it and add little water
  11. Make a thick paste
  12. Add the paste in the pan and fry it till the ghee starts to come out
  13. Now add the green paste and fry
  14. Add sugar and salt to taste and mix
  15. Now add the marinated chicken
  16. Mix well
  17. Add water and cook in seam well
  18. Wait till it come in boil and chicken become tender
  19. Add lemon juice after turn off the oven
  20. Garnish with fresh cream and chopped coriander
My Tip: For better taste add butter before adding lemon juice and stire well
