Ingredients to make Mango besan barfi

  • Ripe mango pulp 5 tbsp
  • Besan 5 tbsp
  • Ghee 5 tbsp
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Green cardmom powder 1 tsp
  • Dry fruits chopped 1/2 cup

How to make Mango besan barfi

  1. Heat 3 tbsp ghee in a kadahi .
  2. Add besan and fry untill light golden.
  3. Keep the flame low.
  4. Add mango pulp and mix wel l on high heat.
  5. Stirring continuously.
  6. Add sugar and 2 tbsp ghee.
  7. Keep the flame low again.
  8. Stirring and cook until sugar dissolve.
  9. Cook until it looks like a dough.
  10. Add half qty of dry fruits.
  11. Mix again and Cook until it will little frothy.
  12. It starts to become more frothy .
  13. Now add cardmom powder .
  14. Turn off gas.
  15. Spread it in a greased tray.
  16. Spread dry fruits.
  17. Cool for 4 to 5 hours.
  18. Cut in desired shape.
