Ingredients to make Sham savera litti

  • Maida 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Spinach paste 1 cup
  • Salt according to taste
  • Refined oil
  • Boiled potato 2
  • crumbled paneer 1 cup
  • Garam masala ½ spoon
  • Amchur powder ¼ spoon

How to make Sham savera litti

  1. Wash roughly chopped spinach and grind to make a smooth paste
  2. In a bowl mix maida,wheat flour,salt and 2 spoon refined
  3. Knead a dough by using spinach paste
  4. Dough should be not very hard nor very soft
  5. In a pan heat 2 spoon oil
  6. Add chopped onion and saute till golden brown
  7. Add paneer and mashed potato
  8. Add salt,garam masala and amchur powder
  9. Mix well
  10. Let it cool
  11. Make small balls from dough
  12. Stuff with stuffing
  13. Make in shape
  14. Deep fry in a pan
  15. Serve with chhole
