This is my innovation, and inspired by the masterchef Sanjeev Kapoor's Sham Savera Kofta

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Spinach paste 1 cup
  4. Salt according to taste
  5. Refined oil
  6. Onion 1 cut in small pieces
  7. Boiled potato 2
  8. Crumbled paneer 1 cup
  9. Garam masala ½ spoon
  10. Amchur powder ¼ spoon

Instructions

  1. Wash roughly chopped spinach and grind to make a smooth paste
  2. In a bowl mix maida,wheat flour,salt and 2 spoon refined oil
  3. Knead a dough by using spinach paste
  4. Dough should be not very hard nor very soft
  5. In a pan heat 2 spoon oil
  6. Add chopped onion and saute till golden brown
  7. Add paneer and mashed potato
  8. Add salt,garam masala and amchur powder
  9. Mix well
  10. Let it cool
  11. Make small balls from dough
  12. Stuff with stuffing
  13. Make in shape
  14. Deep fry in a pan
  15. Serve with chole
