Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 Ripe mangoes prefer Alphonso
  2. 1 Cup Chilled Milk
  3. 3 scoop vanilla/ mango icecream
  4. 4 tbsp sugar
  5. FOR GARNISH
  6. 1 tbsp blanch sliced pistachios
  7. 1 tbsp Blanch sliced almonds
  8. 1 tsp cranberry chopped
  9. 1 tsp tutti fruity chopped
  10. 1 PINCH SAFFRON
  11. 2 scoop vanilla/Mango icecream
  12. 1/4 cup mango chopped in cubes
  13. Rose petals

Instructions

  1. In a blender add chopped mango
  2. Add vanilla/Mango icecream
  3. Add chilled milk
  4. Add sugar
  5. Blend it well
  6. Now pour mixture in empty glasses
  7. Add scoop of vanilla icecream
  8. Add chopped mangoes
  9. Garnish it with pistachios almonds and safrron
  10. Add tutti fruit to/ cranberry..
  11. Serve chilled..tadaa your mango mastani ready
