Ingredients to make EGGLESS MANGO CAKE

  • 1\2 tin milkmaid
  • 125 gm maida ,
  • 50 gm mealted butter ,
  • 3\4 tsp baking powder ,
  • 1\2 tsp baking soda ,
  • 1\2 cup mango puree ,
  • 5 tsp powder sugar
  • FOR MANGO SOUCE\TOPPING ; mango puree 1\2 cup
  • powder sugar1\2 cup
  • cream2 tbsp
  • some fruits for topping

How to make EGGLESS MANGO CAKE

  1. Mix and sieve all dry ingredients .Keep aside .
  2. Beat milkmaid mango puree and butter .Now add maida mixture in it and mix with cut and fold method .
  3. Add more mango puree if required .The batter should be of dropping consistency.
  4. Now pour into greased and dusted mold .
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 190 C for 20 min.let it cool .
  6. Unmold the cake .
  7. When the cake has cooled spread the middle topping over the top of the bottom half, place the other half on this & top with the top topping.Garnish with mango & fruits
  8. FOR MANGO SOUCE ; Beat all the ingredients together till smooth and combined.

My Tip:

you can use brown sugar or honey instead of sugar and for dropping consistency can use milk.
