ABOUT Mac and cheese wontons RECIPE

A fusion between the Italian and Chinese cuisine to give something even more tasty than the either of the two dishes indiviually.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk bread slices 7-8
  2. Cheese slices 6-8
  3. Grated cheddar cheese 1/2cup
  4. Cottage cheese 6-8cubes
  5. Olive oil 1bsp
  6. Onions chopped 1/2cup
  7. Capsicum 1/2cup chopped
  8. Tomatoes 1/2cup chopped
  9. Carrots grated 1/2cup
  10. Oregano 1tsp
  11. Black pepper 1tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Olive oil 1tsp for greasing
  14. Tomato sauce 1tbsp
  15. Soy sauce 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok , add onions and cook till they turn transparent.
  2. Par boil macaroni with butter and keep aside.
  3. Add tomatoes to onions and cook a little.
  4. Add all Chee's except cheese slices and macroni to this veggie mix and stir well .
  5. Add salt , pepper and oregano to this mix.
  6. Your filling is ready so grease your muffin tray with olive oil.
  7. Roll the :bread: slices to make them flat.
  8. Place already rolled :bread: slices one after one to make a cup like shape in muffin tray and spray little soy sauce over them.
  9. Start filling these bread cups with macroni , carrots , capsicum, tomatoes and finally with cheese slices.
  10. Bake these wontons in oven on 140'0 for 10 minutes.
  11. Top with tomato sauce and serve hot.
