Paneer always first preference when we go for dinner, Shahi paneer is very famous Restaurant dish loved by all age groups.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer 200 gm
  2. onion large 1
  3. Tomato 1 Large
  4. Garlic Cloves 8
  5. Ginger 1piece small
  6. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  7. Mustard seeds 1tsp
  8. Cumin powder 1tsp
  9. Sugar 1 tsp
  10. Cinnamon 2piece small
  11. Black Cardamom 1
  12. Green Cardamom 1
  13. Bay leaf 2
  14. Cloves 2
  15. Oil 3tsp
  16. Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  17. Yogurt 1/2 cup
  18. cashew 15
  19. Almond 4
  20. Poppy seeds 4tsp
  21. Red chillie powder 2tsp
  22. Coriander powder 2tsp
  23. Garam masala 1tsp
  24. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak poppy seeds ,almond and cashew for 10 minutes
  2. Now grind the mixer into smooth paste with 2tsp water
  3. Now heat 1tsp oil add garlic, ginger, onion,tomato cook untill brown
  4. Make a smooth paste of this by adding water
  5. Now heat pan add 2tsp oil add bay leaf,cloves ,cardamom, cinnamon
  6. Now cook then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds cook untill crackle
  7. Add onion tomato paste
  8. Cook for 1 minute add cashew paste mix well
  9. Cover the lid cook for 2 minutes add red chillie powder ,coriander powder and cumin powder mix well
  10. Now add 1cup warm water mix well
  11. Cook for 4 minutes add yogurt and fresh cream mix well Cook for 1 minute
  12. Add paneer
  13. Add garam masala, salt, sugar powder
  14. Cook for 2 minute
  15. Shahi paneer is ready to eat.
