  • Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Ghee - 1/4 cup
  • Cardomon Pods - 2
  • Cashew nuts - 5

How to make Maa ladoo / Pottukadalai Ladoo / Chutney Dal Ladoo

  1. First powder the pottukadalai to a fine powder
  2. Next powder the sugar along with cardamon.
  3. Heat ghee, fry the cashews until golden colour
  4. In a bowl mix powder pottukadalai, powder sugar mix it well.
  5. Add the ghee in cashews & mix it well.
  6. Shape to Round balls & arrange it in a plate
  7. Store it in a airtight container, it will stay good for 1 week
