Ingredients to make Chicken soup-restaurant style

  • Chicken stock of 5-6 boneless chicken pieces
  • Sliced carrot-1
  • Sliced beans-8
  • Spring onions-a bunch
  • Corn-a handful
  • Garlic-4-5 pieces chopped
  • Egg white of one egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cornflour-2 tbsp
  • Black pepper-2 tsp

How to make Chicken soup-restaurant style

  1. Pressure cook the chicken for 4 whistle.
  2. Shred the chicken and keep aside.
  3. Heat sunflower oil in a pan add add the chopped garlic, onion, carrots,beans and corn.
  4. Bring it to a boil and then add the chicken pieces.
  5. Top it with the egg whites and stir immediately.
  6. Add the cornflour along with water and adjust the consistency.
  7. Lastly add the chopped spring onions.
  8. Serve hot by sprinkling black pepper powder.
