Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Curd 1 cup
  2. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  3. Coriander 1/2 Teaspoon
  4. Aseofida A pinch
  5. Salt (as per taste)
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Ginger- Garlic paste ( 1 teaspoon)
  8. Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  9. curry leaves
  10. Rice 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take 1 cup curd, 1/2 cup gram flour and 4 cup water in a blender and blend well. Then add salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and aseofida and put the mixture on the stove for 20 minutes. Stir occasionaly.
  2. Put 3 table spoon oil in a pan and simmer till oil seperates. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and turn of the flame when seeds begin to pop. Then add this over the curd besan mixture which would be cooked in 30 minutes.
  3. For the Rice: Soak the rice for 30 minutes. Then boil the rice on high flame and then remove excess water.
