Barbeque Grill Fish

Ingredients to make Barbeque Grill Fish

  • Salmon fish – 250 gm
  • lemon juice – 1 table spoon
  • extra virgin olive oil – 2 table spoon
  • black pepper coarsely powder – 1 table spoon
  • garlic butter sauce – 3 table spoon,
  • vinegar – 2 tea spoon
  • avocado fruit – 2
  • broccoli – 50 gm
  • carrot – 50 gm
  • Salt as per taste.

How to make Barbeque Grill Fish

  1. Clean the barbeque grill and polish some oil with brush. (For avoid stick fish on grill).
  2. Wash, cut & clean the fish & polish some virgin oil, then sprinkle the lemon juice, salt and black pepper and rub it well.
  3. Put the fish on preheated medium-high temperature barbeque grill for 10-12 min
  4. Then turn the fish tenderly and polish some garlic butter sauce with the brush and continue heat the fish when fish turn to golden brown tender pick the pieces of fish and place the plate. (for 10-12 min.)
  5. Cut the avocado, broccoli & carrot into the medium size pieces and mix into bowl and pour vinegar, extra virgin oil, coarsely black pepper, and salt as per test and toss.
  6. Decorate the plate with above green salad and serve the fish with butter garlic sauce.
