Ingredients to make restaurant style burger

  • burger bun 4
  • For patties :
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp .
  • 3 large potatoes
  • Garam massala powder 1/2 tsp
  • chopped green chili 1 tsp or to taste
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Dry mango powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for frying
  • For topping- tomato rings
  • Onion rings
  • Salad Leaves
  • For sauce--veg mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • mustard powder or mustard sauce 1 tbsp
  • hung curd 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • For toasting - butter 2 tbsp

How to make restaurant style burger

  1. boil the potato, cool, peel and mash them into fine. mix red chili, green chili, salt, dry mango powder, green chili, coriander, lemon juice, garam massala and bread crumbs, mix well .
  2. make patties with mixture, heat a non-stick pan shallow fry the patties, keep aside.
  3. prepare the dressing- in a mixing bowl add mayonnaise, lemon juice, curd, mustard powder, oil and salt mix well, dressing is ready.
  4. slice the bun in equal halves, spread the butter on the slices, toast them till crisp and light golden.
  5. Now spread the dressing on bun, place the patty top up with sliced onion, tomato, spread some dressing and top up with salad leaves, place the bun on top of each other.
  6. serve with home made fingers fry, juice and tomato sauce.
