Wanna try a simple,quickest mango fried rice ? A certain yummy ripe mango rice which can be saved for breakfast or brunch as it is a wholesome meal by itself.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 2 cups
  2. Ripe mango chunks 11/2 cup
  3. oil 2 tbsp
  4. Roasted Chana dal 1 tbsp
  5. Curry leaves 5-6
  6. Roasted peanuts 2tbsp
  7. Crushed garlic 1tsp
  8. Cumin and mustard seeds ½ tsp
  9. Turmeric powder ½tsp
  10. Green Chilli chopped 1
  11. Lemon juice 1tsp
  12. sugar 1tsp
  13. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan and temper it with cumin and mustard seeds.Let it splutter and chilli and peanuts and garlic.

  3. Add mango chunks,and turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Fold the cooked rice with the mix and stir well.Serve hot.
