ABOUT Nimbu Mirch Ki Sev RECIPE

Nimbu Kali Mirch ki sev is a tangy,chatpata evening snack which can be enjoyed by all.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gms besan
  2. 1 tbsp Kali mirch powder
  3. 1/4th cup lemon juice
  4. a pinch of Hing
  5. A pinch of baking powder
  6. 1/4th tsp turmeric powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Dissolve baking soda in 1/2cup water
  2. Mix well all the ingredients except oil and bind to make a soft dough using the above prepared water.You may use more water for binding if needed.
  3. Take the mould for making sev,grease the mould with oil before putting the dough in the mould.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and press sev directly in the hot oil and fry on both the sides till it turns golden yellow in colour.
  5. You may store it in an airtight container on cooling.
