Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ripe mangoes pulp -2cups
  2. Yogurt -2cups
  3. Sugar /honey -4-5 Tbsp
  4. Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
  5. Few strands of Saffron
  6. Ice cubes
  7. Milk if required

Instructions

  1. Blend mango slices in a blender
  2. Add yogurt
  3. Add cardamom powder
  4. Add saffron strands
  5. Add sugar or honey
  6. Add ice cubes and blitz everything together
  7. If yogurt is thick add required milk
  8. Pour this yellow coloured delicious spices mango lassi in tall glasses can't wait slurrp it
  9. Garnish mango lassi with few saffron strands
