Ingredients to make Teriyaki Drums of Heaven

  • chicken drumsticks 6pcs
  • 2 tsp vinegar,
  • salt
  • few drops of white oil for marination
  • For sauce:
  • 4tbsp soy sauce,
  • 4 tbsp honey,
  • 5-6 garlic pods
  • toasted sesame seeds [as required]

How to make Teriyaki Drums of Heaven

  1. Make slits on chicken and marinate for 3-4 hours in vinegar salt and olive oil.
  2. Make the sauce with the above ingrediants except sesame seeds and put them on a oiled grilled rack
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes in a pre heated oven, turn sides brush with more sauce and repeat baking for 15-20 mins more. Serve warm with fresh toated sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
