Ingredients to make Chicken Roast in mango reduction sauce

  • chicken leg pieces 8
  • onion paste 1tablespoon
  • Ginger paste1tablespoon
  • Green Chillie paste 3table spoon
  • Green Mango 1small size boiled
  • Mayonise 4tablespoon
  • Cream 21/2 teaspoon
  • salt as per taste
  • Sugar as per taste
  • Honey 2 tablespoon for glazing
  • Thyme 2 tablespoon
  • Butter for greasing

How to make Chicken Roast in mango reduction sauce

  1. Wash the chicken pieces and pat them dry .
  2. Add ginger garlic and chili paste with sugar and salt and marinate for 1 hour
  3. Make a sauce by adding boiled mango green chili and honey ina saucepan and bring it to boil.
  4. Grease a baking dish place the marinated chicken legs then brush the mango reduction .
  5. Then add the thyme leaves and brush some honey over the pieces.
  6. Brush the chicken with butter after every 10 minutes and turn the pieces
  7. Now roast the chicken in an oven for 30minutes at 180degree celsius
