Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish Fillets - 6 ( any white fish fillets. .6-10inches each)
  2. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  3. 2teaspoons lemon juice
  4. 2garlic clove, minced
  5. 1tablespoon chopped parsley or Pinch dried parsley
  6. Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
  7. Red chilly flakes -1tsp
  8. Mozarella -1/2cup grated
  9. 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  10. 2tbsp chopped coriander leaves or cilantro

Instructions

  1. METHOD In a bowl, combine garlic, butter, parsley , salt, pepper, lemon juice, and red chilli flakes. .
  2. Place the fish fillets in this mixture.Rub fish fillets with spices. Mix well.
  3. .Cover or seal and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. After 1 hour,Remove fish fillets from fridge
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan, add fish pieces Cook until bottom sides cooked well, for approx 2 minutes.
  6. Flip it gently and cook another side over medium flame until 2 minutes
  7. Flip it again,top with chopped coriander,red chilli flakes and grated Mozarella cheese. cover the pan to melt on low flame for 2 -3 minutes.
  8. Switch off the flame and put on a plate.
