Tandoori Drumsticks

Ingredients to make Tandoori Drumsticks

  • chicken Drumsticks 6 pcs
  • Thick hung curd half cup,
  • garam masala powder 1tsp
  • kashmiri red chilli powder for colour 1/2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 2tsp,
  • coriander seeds
  • cumin seeds one tsp each

How to make Tandoori Drumsticks

  1. Make slits on chicken and add all the dry masala and beaten curd and marinate for 3hrs at least
  2. Pre heat oven to 180 degree and bake on a lined baking tray fir 15mins.
  3. Turn side and butter brush followed by 15-20 mins more baking till nice charred look is observed
  4. Serve hot with chat masala onion rings and ketchup
