Ingredients to make Mango icecream

  • Ripe mango 700 gm
  • Fresh cream 250gm
  • Condensed milk 400 gm
  • almond 12-15

How to make Mango icecream

  1. In first step take mangoes and blend them in a jar and make puree and keep aside.
  2. Now take cream and whipped it well on medium speed whisker around 8-10 minutes,as the volume will be increased after whipping.
  3. Now add mango puree and condensed milk in the cream and fold lumps should be there.
  4. After this take a airtight container pour the mixture and cover it with clean wrap and then close the lid well and keep in the freeze around 2-3 hour.
  5. After 3 hours take out the container and again churn the mixture and keep in the freezer again for 8 hours.
  6. Garnish with almonds or any nuts.

My Tip:

Before freezing the container cover it with clean foil and then close the lid to avoid ice crystal formation in the icecream.
