Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 gm panner cut in cubes
  2. 1tomato,1onion,1 caipcicum cut in cubes
  3. For marinate......
  4. 2 tb roasted gram flour
  5. 1/4 cup hungcurd
  6. 1tb Ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/4 tb blackpeeper Powder
  8. 1/4 tb turmeric powder
  9. 1 tb Kashmiri red chilli Powder
  10. 1tb coriander
  11. Salt
  12. 4tb Mustrad oil
  13. 1/4 tb garammasala
  14. 1 tb lemon juice
  15. For gravy........
  16. 2 onion paste
  17. 1 tomato paste
  18. 1tb cumin seeds
  19. 1inch cinnamon
  20. 2cloves
  21. 1/4 tb turmeric powder
  22. 1tb kashmiri redchlii Powder
  23. 1 tb coriander poy
  24. 1tb garam masala powder
  25. 1/2 kashuri methi
  26. 2tb yougut
  27. 2tb fresh Cream
  28. Coriander leaves
  29. Salt
  30. oil

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl take Panner cubes,onion cubes, Capsicum cubes
  2. Add all ingredients mentioned fir marination and mix well
  3. Keep aside for half an hour
  4. Meanwhile prepare gravy.....
  5. Heat oil in a pan
  6. Add cardomon, cinnamon, cloves and cumin seeds fry till began to crackle
  7. Now add onion paste cook fir few minutes
  8. Add tomato paste cook for on minute
  9. Add all dry ingredients mentioned above for garvy and cook till oil sepretes.
  10. Add yougut stir well
  11. Add water and cook for 5 minutes .covered
  12. Now heat two tb oil in non-stick pan and shallow fry marinated Panner, caipcicum,onion from all side
  13. Add ready Panner tikka in gravy and cook for one minute
  14. Off the gas and add coriander leaves and Little garammasala
  15. Serve hot yummy resturant style Panner tikka in gravy....
  16. Enjoy with naan ,roti or bakri
