Ingredients to make Fresh fuit raita

  • 1 1/2 cup low fat curd.
  • 1/ 2 cup milk.
  • 1/2 freshly chopped mint leaves.
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Fruits of your choice. ...
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped apple.
  • 1 1/2 chopped pineapple.
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate.
  • 1 tsp lemon juice.

How to make Fresh fuit raita

  1. Combine apple and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. ..This prevents apple from turning dark.
