Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 cup low fat curd.
  2. 1/ 2 cup milk.
  3. 1/2 freshly chopped mint leaves.
  4. 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Fruits of your choice. ...
  7. 1 1/2 cup chopped apple.
  8. 1 1/2 chopped pineapple.
  9. 1/2 cup pomegranate.
  10. 1 tsp lemon juice.

Instructions

  1. Combine apple and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. ..This prevents apple from turning dark.
  2. Now add pineapple, pomegranate mix well and store in refrigerator to chill.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients together and mix well.
  4. Just before serving add the fruits to the dressing.
  5. Serve chilled.
  6. Sugar optional if pineapple is sour.
