ABOUT Mango Raita RECIPE

Enjoy this yummy raita when the mango season I in full blast. A tongue tickling raita that you must give a try.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 11/2 cup mango cubes ( fresh , ripe and sweet ).
  2. 1 1/2 cup fresh curd ( make sure not sour).
  3. 1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar.
  4. 1/4 tsp elaichi powder.

Instructions

  1. Combine the curd , sugar and elaichi powder together in a bowl and whisk it.
  2. Now add mango cubes into it and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate it before you serve.
