Ingredients to make Mango Raita

  • 11/2 cup mango cubes ( fresh , ripe and sweet ).
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh curd ( make sure not sour).
  • 1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar.
  • 1/4 tsp elaichi powder.

How to make Mango Raita

  1. Combine the curd , sugar and elaichi powder together in a bowl and whisk it.
  2. Now add mango cubes into it and mix well.
