Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup palak leaves ( chopped and deep fried).
  2. 1 1/2 cup fresh whisked curd.
  3. Salt to taste.
  4. 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies.
  5. 1/2 tsp sugar optional.
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
  7. 1 tsp cornflour.
  8. Oil for deep frying.

Instructions

  1. Wash the palak leaves under running water . Dry them .chop them into Julian. Sprinkle cornflour on top and toss well.
  2. Deep fry them in hot oil for a minute only.
  3. Drain the excess oil if any on the absorbent paper.
  4. Combine rest rest of the ingredients together and mix well.
  5. Add fried palak only when serving to maintain the crispyness of palak.
