How to make Veg malai toast

  1. Finally chop all the veggies. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except bread and ghee.
  2. Prepare a creamy paste.
  3. Cut bread slices diagonally.
  4. Spread the prepared paste evenly on bread neither too thick nor too thin layer.
  5. Heat a nonstick tawa. Grease it with little ghee/ butter.
  6. Place bread from layered side on tawa. When it is cooked from one side. Flip it to other.
  7. When bread turns golden brown from both sides, take it on plate.
  8. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

My Tip:

As you are using heavy cream so use less oil in pan , your high fat cream will automatically release oil.
