Sweet juicy pomegranate combined with crunchy savoury boondi flavoured with roasted cumin seeds powder makes it a unique tasting raita.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3/4 cup pomegranate.
  2. 3/4 cup salted boondi.
  3. 1 1/2 cup whisked curd.
  4. Roasted cumin seeds powder.
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
  6. Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Combine the curd, cumin seeds powder, chilli powder and salt in a bowl mix well.
  2. Add the pomegranate , boondi and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate and serve it chilled.
