Ingredients to make "SEV BHAJI"

  • 4 Onion's,
  • 2 green chilies,
  • 4 tsp ginger garlic paste,
  • 2 tomato puree,
  • 1/2 fresh grated coconut,
  • Salt,
  • turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilly powder
  • Oil,
  • 500 gms sev,
  • Handful of coriander leave's,
  • Gram masala

How to make "SEV BHAJI"

  1. Chop Onion's, slice green chilly
  2. In pan put 1 tsp oil n add Onion's, coconut and roast them nicely, keep stirring, when they changes their color switch off the gas, and keep it to cool
  3. Grind the onion mixture nicely
  4. In pan put oil and add ginger garlic paste and saute it, add onion mixture n saute fr 5 min, add tomato puree, salt, haldi, red chilly pd, kashmiri chilly powder and saute till it leaves oil
  5. Adjust the gravy by adding water and give a boil add gram masala , switch off the gas
  6. Add sev before serving, serve it with some roti or parathas.
