Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Plain noodles half pack
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Vegetables of personal choice [carrots, beans, etc.] chopped 1 bowl
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  6. 1 spoon soya sauce
  7. 1 spoon green chilli sauce
  8. 1 spoon red chilli sauce
  9. 1 tsp chings hakka noodles masala ( this masala is main ingredient as it brings restaurant type flavour in noodles)

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles as per instructions on packet. Keep aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, saute for few seconds.
  4. Add onions , and give it a stir, then add the rest of the chopped vegetables. Saute further.
  5. add all sauces.
  6. add noodles ,salt, red chilli pwd.
  7. finally add chings masala.
  8. Stir on high flame .
  9. Then add the boiled noodles, mix well, and serve.
