Ingredients to make Annakut kadhi

  • buttermilk 1litre
  • chickpea flour200 gram
  • oil 3 teaspoon
  • Methidana half teaspoon
  • Heeng 1/4teaspoon
  • jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2teaspoon
  • red chilli powder 1/2teaspoon
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • spinach chopped 1 cup
  • Ghia baingan mooli parwal chopped 1 cup
  • curry leaves 5..6
  • 3..4 whole red chillies

How to make Annakut kadhi

  1. Add flour in buttermilk
  2. Whisk well adding 1 glass water
  3. Boil all the vegetables
  4. Put a pan on flame
  5. Add oil in it
  6. Add heeng and methidana and jeera
  7. Add whole red chillies and curry leaves
  8. Add turmeric powder and red pepper powder
  9. Add the boiled vegetables and spinach
  10. Add salt
  11. Add buttermilk batter
  12. Let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes
  13. Serve hot with plaine rice or bajra
